CRM AND CLIENT CARD

Everything worth knowing
about a client — in one place

Visit history, notes, consents, signatures, photos and recommendations sit with the client, not in a notebook, a phone and an e-mail inbox.

0 zł forever. No payment card and no contract.

Where client information
usually goes missing

  1. Notes from the last visit stayed in the notebook at reception
  2. Photos before and after the treatment sit on a private phone
  3. Consents signed on paper are hard to find a year later
  4. Only one person on the team remembers a contraindication
  5. When the specialist changes, the client tells their story all over again
Everything with the client, not with one person

History, records and recommendations are in the client card, so every specialist with the right permissions starts a visit with the same knowledge.

What this changes in everyday work

A client base
instead of notes

  • Import of your existing client base
  • Searching and filtering
  • Client tags and groups
  • Individual discounts and notes

Ready for a visit
in a minute

  • Visit history and services performed
  • Photos before and after the treatment
  • Preferences and contraindications
  • Quick client statistics

Records that
are in order

  • Electronic client card
  • Forms and consents before the treatment
  • A signature collected on site
  • Aftercare recommendations and care plan

CLIENT BASE

A client base where
someone is easy to find

You find a client by name, phone number or tag, and narrow the list down to those who have not been in for a while or use a particular service.

  • Importing the base from a file
  • Searching by name, phone number and e-mail
  • Tags, groups and filters
  • Blocking selected clients

CLIENT CARD

A card you keep up to date
at the station

The form, the consent and the signature are made on a phone or a tablet, and aftercare recommendations stay in the card, at hand for the next visit.

  • Forms and consents matched to the service
  • An electronic signature on site
  • Photos before and after the treatment
  • Recommendations and care plan

CONSENTS AND RECORDS

Records you do not
have to search for

Forms, consents and signatures are pinned to the client together with the date. Changing the wording of a consent does not touch the ones clients signed earlier.

  • Forms and consents matched to the service
  • An electronic signature with the date
  • Previous versions kept in the history
  • Access based on roles and permissions

How a client card
comes together

From the first booking to the recommendations — without retyping anything by hand.

The client goes into the base

The record is created at the first booking, or arrives with the import from your previous system.

Before the visit they fill in a form

The form and consents are matched to the service, and you collect the signature on a phone or a tablet.

The specialist fills in the card

They add notes, photos and the materials used without leaving the visit.

The next visit starts from the history

Previous treatments, recommendations and the care plan are visible — including when someone else is running it.

Common questions about this feature

Can I move my client base from another system?

Yes. You upload clients from a file, and when you move from Booksy or Versum we help you transfer the base, services and visit history.

Who on the team sees client data?

That depends on the roles you set. You can limit access to notes, records and contact details to selected people only.

Where do consents and signatures collected in Terminka go?

They stay in the client card together with the date, and only people with the right permissions can open them.

Can the client see their own card?

No. The client card is the salon's records. The client gets what you share with them yourself — aftercare recommendations, for example.

How many clients does the base hold?

The number of clients is not limited in any plan — including the Free plan.
