We have gathered answers to the things salon owners ask most often before starting work with Terminka.
The client does not want to install another app. Can they still book?
Yes. They can book a visit straight in the browser using your online booking profile. The Terminka app is an extra option, not an obligation.
Sometimes I work on my phone, sometimes on a computer. Will everything match?
Yes. Terminka runs in the iOS and Android apps and in the web version on a computer, and the data is the same everywhere. A change made on the phone shows up on the computer immediately.
I have several employees. How do I keep the calendar and access rights straight?
Every employee has their own account, their own schedule and their own permissions. In the team calendar you see everyone at once or filter a single person, and roles decide who sees which client data.
I run more than one salon. Do I need separate accounts?
No. You run locations within one account: each has its own schedule, team and stock, and you can view reports for each location separately or together.
I want to leave Booksy / Versum. Do I really not have to retype everything by hand?
You do not. We move the client base, services and visit history for you. The full set of data is usually ready within 24 hours, together with a correctness check.
I do not know yet which plan I need. Where is the best place to start?
Start with the Free plan — it has no time limit and needs no payment card. When you find a feature missing, you can move to a paid plan at any moment, with no contract and no notice period.
What about DAC7? Do my visits go to the tax office?
Terminka does not handle payments and does not report your visits to the tax office. The DAC7 reporting duty applies to platforms that broker sales, and Terminka is a system for running a salon.
