TEAM MANAGEMENT

Schedules, services and access
for the whole team

Every employee has their own account, their own working hours and their own access level, and you see the whole salon's work in one calendar.

0 zł forever. No payment card and no contract.

What goes wrong
as the team grows

  1. The schedule lives in a spreadsheet, and changes to it get lost
  2. Not every specialist performs every service, but the bookings do not know that
  3. One person's holiday comes to light the day before the visit
  4. Everyone works on one account, so nobody knows who changed what
  5. Client data is visible to anyone with access to the calendar
One account, many roles

Every person has their own schedule and their own access level, and you see the whole salon's work in one calendar.

What this changes in everyday work

A schedule that
stays in order

  • Individual working hours
  • Breaks, holidays and absences
  • Calendar for the whole team
  • Services assigned to specialists

Access
under control

  • Employee accounts
  • Roles and permissions
  • Which client data is visible
  • History of changes and activity

More than
one location

  • Several locations in one account
  • Employees assigned to locations
  • Rooms, stations and devices
  • Separate schedules and reports

TEAM SCHEDULE

The whole team
in one calendar

You see everyone at once or filter a single person. The working hours, breaks and holidays of each specialist change straight away what clients see when they book.

  • Calendar for the team and for a single person
  • Individual working hours
  • Holidays, breaks and absences
  • Services assigned to employees

ROLES AND PERMISSIONS

Everyone sees as much
as they need

The role decides who changes settings, who reads client records and who sees only their own schedule. Changes stay in the activity history.

  • Roles and access levels
  • Control over who sees which client data
  • Access to settings and the price list
  • History of changes and activity

SEVERAL LOCATIONS

A second salon
without a second account

You run locations within one account. Each has its own schedule, team and stock, and you view the results separately or together for the whole business.

  • Several locations in one account
  • Employees assigned to locations
  • Rooms, stations and devices
  • Results for each location separately

How to add someone
to the team

Four steps, after which a new person can start taking bookings.

You create an employee account

The person gets their own login and works on their own account, not on a shared one.

You set hours and absences

That person's schedule, breaks and holidays change straight away what clients see.

You assign services and resources

Online bookings offer only the services that this person actually performs.

You give them a role

The role decides what this person sees and can change — from their own schedule through to the salon settings.

Common questions about this feature

Can an employee see only their own schedule?

Yes. You set what someone sees and can do through their role — from access to their own visits only, through to full management of the salon.

How many people does a plan cover?

The Free and Solo plans have one user account, Studio five and Pro ten. An extra employee with their own calendar is +20 zł net per month on the Studio and Pro plans.

I run two salons. Do I need two accounts?

No. You run locations within one account — managing several locations is available on the Pro plan, and an extra location costs +50 zł net per month.

Can an employee enter their own holiday?

Absences and breaks are entered by someone with the right permission. You decide the scope — from full independence through to entries made only by the owner.

What about rooms and devices that cannot be booked twice over?

You add them as resources and assign them to services. Terminka then watches not only the specialist's availability but also whether a station is free.
