FAQ

Is the Free plan really free with no time limit?

Yes. The Free plan costs 0 zł and you can use it indefinitely. No payment card required. It covers 1 user and up to 30 bookings per month.

Which plan is best for me?

Free is enough to try Terminka with a small number of appointments. Solo is for one person with no booking limit, Studio for a salon with a team of up to 5 people and stock management, and Pro for businesses with several locations.

What happens when the 14-day trial on a paid plan ends?

If you don't choose a paid plan, your account automatically switches to the Free plan, which never expires. We charge nothing without your consent.

Can I change my plan at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade whenever you like, with no contracts and no notice periods. The change takes effect from the next billing period.

What exactly does the number of users in a plan mean?

It is the number of people with their own account and calendar: 1 on Free and Solo, 5 on Studio and 10 on Pro. Every user has a role and sees only what their permissions allow.

What if I need more staff members or locations?

An extra staff member with their own calendar is +20 zł net per month on the Studio and Pro plans. An extra location is +50 zł net per month on the Pro plan.

How is SMS billed?

Reminders for confirmed appointments are included in the paid plans. Other messages sent in Poland cost 0,20 zł per SMS. Marketing SMS messages may only be sent to clients who have given the relevant consent.

How does data migration from another system work and how long does it take?

We move your clients, services and appointment history from Booksy, Excel or another system. Migration is available on Solo, Studio and Pro and takes up to 5 days, up to 48 hours or up to 24 hours — counted from the moment we receive a complete data export.
