The 30-appointment limit covers all new appointments in a calendar month — both online bookings and appointments you add yourself. After the 30th, you can add new ones from the 1st of the next month or after switching to Solo. Paid plan prices are net.

Questions about the free plan
Is the Free plan really free forever?
Yes. The Free plan costs 0 zł and is not a trial — you can use it with no time limit. No credit card, no contract.
What happens when I go over 30 appointments a month?
You keep all your data and the appointments already in the calendar. You can add new ones from the 1st of the next month. Until then clients cannot book online — they see that the salon is temporarily not taking bookings. If you have more appointments, switch to Solo: no appointment limit.
Does Terminka charge commission on appointments or new clients?
No. We charge no commission on clients or appointments, including those that come from the Terminka app. Clients pay you directly, and Terminka does not handle payments.
Are SMS reminders sent on the Free plan?
On the Free plan reminders go out by email and push notification. You can send SMS for 0.20 zł per message in Poland. On paid plans SMS reminders for confirmed appointments are included.
Can I move my clients from another program?
Yes. On the Free plan you can import clients from your phone contacts or an XML file. On Solo, Studio and Pro we move your services and visit history from Booksy, Excel or another system for you.
Is the free plan enough for a salon with several staff?
No. The Free plan is for one person. For a team there is Studio — up to 5 people with a calendar, roles and permissions, inventory.
Can I switch to a paid plan later and back again?
Yes. Change your plan at any time, with no contract. Every paid plan comes with a 14-day free trial — if you don't buy it, your account returns to Free.
Does my client data belong to me?
Yes. Your client database and visit history belong to your salon.
