Common questions from owners

Can I take bookings outside standard hours?
Yes. Working hours are set per day, so a bridal makeup at six in the morning can be booked normally, without opening up the whole day.
How do I account for travelling to the client?
You add time before the service or create a separate service that includes travel. The system then blocks exactly as much of the schedule as is really needed.
Where do I record inspiration and what was agreed at the trial?
In the client card: photos, notes and the products used. On the day itself you have in front of you what the two of you settled at the trial.
