Common questions from owners

Can I assign services to particular stylists?
Yes. Colouring goes only to the people who actually do it, and when booking a client sees only the slots genuinely free with them.
Where do I record the colour formula?
In the client card, together with before and after photos. At the next visit the colourist can see what she used last time and in what proportions.
Can I take a second client during processing time?
Yes, if you set the service with a processing break: the system shows the chair as free mid-service and lets you book a shorter visit there.
