Common questions from owners

Can I separate the consultation from the treatment?
Yes, they are two services with their own duration and their own booking rules. You can make the treatment available only to clients who have had the consultation.
Where do I keep consents and the pre-treatment interview?
In forms and consents signed electronically and attached to the client card. Terminka puts these notes in order, but it does not replace the medical records the practitioner keeps.
How do I remind a client about the follow-up?
You set a reminder at an interval after the treatment — the client receives it automatically and can pick a follow-up slot straight away.
