Delete your account in the app:
Terminka Partner (Partner): Profile → Personal profile settings → Delete account.
Terminka (Client): Profile → Settings → Delete account. -
Alternatively: send a request from the email linked to your account to privacy@terminka.com (subject: "Account deletion").

After confirming your identity, we will begin the deletion process without unnecessary delay.
2. What is deleted
After the account deletion has been successfully initiated:
- account data and profile, settings, preferences;
- user-generated content (e.g., profile/service photos);
- booking history and in-app communication;
- technical identifiers associated with the account.
Exceptions are described in sections 4–5.
3. Data export before deletion (Partner – Terminka Partner)
- The Partner may request a data export (CSV/JSON) by sending an email to privacy@terminka.com.
- According to the DPA §10: the export is available for 30 days from the request, after which we proceed with deletion.
4. Data we must retain (legal obligations)
- accounting and billing records – 5 years after the end of the tax year;
- data needed to assert or defend legal claims – generally up to 6 years;
- security/technical log entries – typically up to 12 months.
After these periods expire, the data is permanently deleted or anonymized.
5. Backups and technical timeframes
- Data is removed from operational systems within 60 days after the end of service delivery; backups are overwritten/removed according to retention cycles.
6. Partner’s client data (processor role)
- For the Partner’s client data, Terminka acts as a data processor.
- A deletion request submitted by the Partner is treated as an instruction to delete this data after providing the export, in accordance with the DPA §10.
7. Withdrawal of consent for communication and notifications
- Regardless of account deletion, you can withdraw marketing consents in the settings or via the unsubscribe link in a message; push notifications can be disabled in the device/system settings.
8. Identity verification and security
- For email requests, we may ask for verification (e.g., a verification code / re-login).
- Requests submitted on behalf of a Partner must come from the account owner or a person with admin permissions.
