The cost depends on the number of employees. The starter package costs PLN 89 net / month (for the owner) + PLN 15 net / month for each employee. The subscription includes, among other things, a calendar, 24/7 booking, a client database, and reminders. 1 SMS reminder for a confirmed appointment (sent 24 hours before the scheduled time) is included in the subscription. You can cancel the subscription at any time.
Yes — that’s our promise. Our team will help you export your data (client list, visit history) from your current solution and import everything into Terminka.
Launching the system (onboarding, service setup, enabling the booking link) typically takes 12–48 business hours from the first call. The exact time depends on how much data needs to be migrated — if your database is very large, it may take a bit longer, but we handle the entire process on our end.
Of course. You’ll receive a unique link to your booking profile (e.g., terminka.com/your-salon). You can add it to your Instagram bio, Facebook page, Google Business card, or send it directly to clients.
Yes. Automatic reminders (SMS and e-mail) before an appointment help reduce no-shows. As part of the subscription, you get 1 SMS reminder for each confirmed appointment, sent to every client 24 hours before the scheduled time. For each additional SMS beyond that limit (for example, marketing SMS or confirmation / cancellation messages for domestic clients), an extra fee of PLN 0.10 per message applies. You can configure the number and type of SMS messages yourself in the system.
Yes. You simply share your booking link, and clients can choose a service and time whenever they want. It’s a common standard in the industry.
We’re actively working on it right now. Synchronization with Google / Apple Calendar is in development and will be available soon.
Yes, absolutely. We don’t require long-term commitments — you can cancel whenever you want. If you prefer, you can also choose an annual subscription with a discount.
They can do it directly from the confirmation message and/or the booking page (link). These options are standard in the industry, so clients find them intuitive.
We currently offer mobile apps for iOS and Android smartphones. We’re working on a tablet version and a full web panel — both will be released in the next stages of development.
